Asia Tech Wire (July 17) -- The U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has asked Amazon to provide details of its deal with California-based artificial intelligence startup Adept, according to Reuters.

Citing people familiar with the matter, the report said the FTC has asked Amazon for more details on its deal to hire executives and researchers at Adept.
