Huawei responded on the afternoon of May 20 that Huawei, as a component supplier, respects the release and disclosure plans of its car customers.

It's reported that the premium EV brand developed by Huawei, Changan Auto, and CATL, will be released at "the 2021 Changan Automobile Smart World Conference" on May 20.

The tech giant said the car released on May 20 belongs to Changan's own brands, and the carmaker's next step is to launch the vehicle equipped with Huawei HI solutions.

The company said it is not clear when Changan Auto will release the car equipped with Huawei's HI solution.
