Asia Tech Wire (Aug 8) -- Market research firm TrendForce expects Nvidia's share of the HBM market to exceed 70% by 2025.

TrendForce's latest report shows that with the iteration of AI chips, the capacity of high-bandwidth memory (HBM) carried by a single chip has also increased significantly.

As Nvidia is currently the largest buyer in the HBM market, TrendForce expects its purchasing share in the HBM market to exceed 70% after the launch of Blackwell Ultra, B200A and other products in 2025.
