Asia Tech Wire (Sep 12) -- Nvidia Chief Executive Officer Jensen Huang said limited supply of popular chip products is straining customer relationships.
Speaking at a Goldman Sachs technology conference in San Francisco on Wednesday, he said some customers were frustrated by the limited supply of products, exacerbating tensions with customers.
Nvidia's products, particularly its latest-generation Blackwell chips, have become a hot commodity in the tech world.
Huang told the audience, "The demand on it is so great, and everyone wants to be first and everyone wants to be most."
"We probably have more emotional customers today. Deservedly so. It's tense. We're trying to do the best we can," he claimed.
Nvidia outsources the physical production of its hardware, and those suppliers are currently working to ramp up capacity to meet market demand.
