Asia Tech Wire (Oct 10) -- Elon Musk-owned space company SpaceX asked competitors to share spectrum rights to boost Starlink business, according to the Wall Street Journal

Before agreeing to launch equipment from companies such as Kepler Communications and OneWeb into orbit, SpaceX asked the companies to share so-called spectrum rights with SpaceX's Starlink broadband Internet business, Wednesday's report said, citing people familiar with the matter.

Lawyers from Wilson Sonsini, a law firm that represents a number of satellite and rocket companies, have met with the U.S. Justice Department's antitrust division in recent months to discuss whether SpaceX has abused its dominant market position, the people said.
