Asia Tech Wire (Sep 5) -- Elon Musk's space exploration company SpaceX has begun evacuating its employees in Brazil and warning others not to travel to the country, according to the Wall Street Journal.
The ongoing battle between Musk and his social media company X and the Brazilian Supreme Court is having a spillover effect, affecting some of his other companies.
SpaceX President Gwynne Shotwell advised employees not to travel to Brazil for business or personal reasons in an email late last week, according to people familiar with the matter.
The space exploration company also took steps last week to move a handful of its non-Brazilian employees in Brazil out of the country, one of the people said.
