Asia Tech Wire (Sep 23) -- The developer of the party game Cards Against Humanity has filed a $15 million lawsuit against SpaceX for allegedly encroaching on and damaging one of the company's lands in Texas, according to the Wall Street Journal.

The lawsuit alleges that SpaceX used the land owned by the developer as a place to pile up construction materials and other debris.

The $15 million will cover damages, including the company's alleged destruction of natural vegetation.
