Asia Tech Wire (Sep 23) -- SpaceX founder Elon Musk said on social media platform X on Sunday that the company plans to launch about five uncrewed Starship spacecraft to Mars within 2 years.

Musk said that if all the spaceships land safely, SpaceX would be able to conduct crewed missions within four years.

However, he also said that if the launches encounter challenges, then SpaceX will postpone the crewed missions for another 2 years.
