Asia Tech Wire (Aug 21) -- Samsung Electronics plans to build a semiconductor packaging line in Vietnam, according to Money Today.

However, it said in a report that the South Korean chipmaker has not yet finalized the site for the new plant.

Samsung has received various incentives from the Vietnamese government for this, the source said.
