Asia Tech Wire (Sep 6) -- Samsung Electronics plans to launch the last generation of its 10nm-class process, 1d-nm, in 2026.
Samsung Electronics' Device Solutions (DS) Division presented Samsung's future memory product roadmap, according to The Korea Herald.
Under the roadmap, Samsung plans to launch DDR memory based on 1c-nm process within 2024, a node that offers products with a capacity of up to 32Gb.
In 2026 Samsung will launch 1d-nm, its last generation of 10nm-class process, still offering capacity of up to 32Gb.
