Asian Tech Press (Nov 05) -- Global photolithography giant ASML global vice president and president of China Shen Bo said that this round of chip expansion cycle had impacted ASML photolithography delivery, with some products doubling their delivery period compared to the past.

Shen Bo said ASML is already expanding its production capacity and using its safety stock to enhance deliveries. Still, because the industry chain is so long, there is no way to fully meet user demand for the time being. "But we treat every customer around the world equally and have not raised prices even with the rise in capacity," he said.

Shen Bo also stressed that the company is open to exporting IC lithography to China and fully supporting it under laws and regulations.
