Lei Jun, Chairman and CEO of Xiaomi Corp (1810: Hong Kong), said on China's Twitter-like Weibo on Thursday morning that Xiaomi reached second place in the European smartphone market share for the first quarter of this year for the first time.

Xiaomi's stock pulled up intraday and is now up nearly 5%.
