Asia Tech Wire (June 21) -- A subsidiary of Chinese battery giant Eve Energy has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with U.S. energy storage solutions company Powin LLC over battery supply.

Eve Energy said Thursday that the subsidiary that signed the MOU with Powin is EVE Energy Storage Co.

The MOU highlights the key terms and conditions under which EVE Energy Storage and Powin will establish a master supply agreement for the supply of lithium iron phosphate battery packs and higher density batteries.
