The company has issued multiple rounds of notifications as well as technical migration plans to its Australian and Indian data center customers since December 2023 onwards.

According to these notifications, its India data center will cease service after 12:00 p.m. local time on July 15, 2024, and its Australia data center will cease service after 12:00 p.m. local time on September 30, 2024.
