Data show that in 2021, a total of 905 Tesla-related trademarks are currently applied for registration in China, including trademarks such as Tesla, Tes(la) pulling noodles, Tesla aluminum, Tesla lightning ball, etc.

The current status of all Tesla-related trademarks are under registration application.

It so happens that on Thursday, April 22, China's Supreme People's Court (SPC) issued the "Outline of the Judicial Protection of Intellectual Property in China (2021-2025), which specifies the key initiatives for the judicial protection of intellectual property during the 14th Five-Year Plan period.

The outline proposes to strengthen the protection of commercial marks, increase the punishment for malicious snatching and hoarding of trademarks, and promote the normalization and standardization of trademark application and registration.
