Asian Tech Press (Mar. 3) -- South Korea's KT Corp has reached a deal with a leading Turkish telecom firm on 5G and artificial intelligence (AI) services.

KT signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Turk Telekom to expand cooperation in robots, smart cities and self-driving cars based on 5G, big data and cloud services at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2022 in Barcelona, according to Yonhap News Agency.

The report said that the Korean mobile carrier will further boost cooperation with its partner to introduce the company's data, network and AI services in Turkey.
