Asia Tech Wire (Nov 6) -- Over 90% of South Korea's SMEs are not yet using AI technology, according to a new survey released by the Korea Federation of Small and Medium Business (KBIZ).
KBIZ conducted a survey of 300 SMEs around the use of AI technology in operations in September and October and found that 94.7% of them are not using AI technology at this stage.
This seems to highlight the huge digital disparity that exists in Korean business sector compared to large corporations that have long introduced AI technology.
