Asian Tech Press -- Apple Inc's iPad mini 6 will feature a mini-LED display and ship with the new MacBook Pro, according to the Taiwanese newspaper DigiTimes.

Backlight unit (BLU) maker Radiant Opto-Electronics Corp. will supply mini-LED screens for the MacBook Pro and iPad mini in the third quarter of this year, with further growth in shipments in the fourth quarter, people familiar with the matter said.

The company will also further increase shipments of mini-LED displays in the fourth quarter.
