On Geely Automobile 2020 Annual Results Announcement, the CEO and executive director Sheng Yue Gui says the company currently has no plan to go public in Sweden, and the progress of returning to STAR Market is subject to official approval.
On March 23, Geely releases 2020 Annual Results Announcement, the CEO Sheng Yue Gui said that in February 2020 Geely had announced that it would merge with Volvo in terms of equity, and consider listing in Hong Kong and Sweden.

Mr. Gui said: “We don’t have any plan to go public in Sweden in the coming period.” In addition, when talking about the progress of Geely’s return to listing on the Science and Technology Innovation Board (STAR Market), the CEO said that it’s subjected to the approval of the relevant authorities
