U.S. electric vehicle manufacturer Fisker has signed a framework agreement with Foxconn, aiming to start building cars in the United States in the fourth quarter of 2023.

The U.S. factory will be opened by 2023. It is not yet sure where the factory will be built. Still, Fisker claims that four states are under consideration, including Wisconsin, where Foxconn has a factory.

According to Fisker, the U.S. plant will have an annual capacity of at least 150,000 units at the beginning.
