Asian Tech Press (Oct 26) -- Foxconn Chairman and CEO Young Liu revealed that its EV prototype desig may be adopted by U.S. automakers.

As reported by Taiwan's Central News Agency (CNA), Liu said in an interview with reporters today that by the end of this year, there may be U.S. branded car makers adopting the design of its electric vehicle prototypes, which were launched by Hon Hai a few days ago.

In addition, when talking about the cooperation with Indonesia on building an electric vehicle ecosystem, Liu said that the signing of specific contracts will be implemented this year, ranging from two-wheeled to four-wheeled electric vehicles.
