According to the South Korean media BusinessKorea, the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy (MOTIE) announced on May 13 that ASML Holding NV (ASML:NASDAQ GS), a leading global lithography company, plans to build an EUV cluster including a remanufacturing plant and a training center in South Korea.

According to the report, ASML will invest 240 billion won ($210 million) in Korea over the next four years to build an EUV lithography remanufacturing plant and a training center in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi Province.
