US passenger plane encountered distress while landing at Chicago airport and was forced to make a do-around

On February 25, local time, the Federal Aviation Administration of the United States stated that a Southwest Airlines passenger plane was forced to abort its landing at Chicago Midway International Airport at around 8:50 a.m. Central Time that day because a business jet entered the runway without authorization. The Federal Aviation Administration is currently investigating the incident. The Southwest Airlines passenger plane involved was a Boeing 737-800 aircraft, which flew from Omaha, Nebraska to Chicago. After the incident, the pilot performed a go-around and landed safely. The private business aircraft involved was a "Bombardier Challenger 350" and was flying from Chicago to Knoxville, Tennessee.
