The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 0.1%, the Nasdaq rose 0.3%, and the S&P 500 rose 0.15%. Most large technology stocks rose, with Nvidia rising nearly 2% and Intel rising more than 4%. It was reported that TSMC may acquire a 20% stake in Intel's foundry services (IFS). WeRide rose more than 30%.
