Semiconductor stocks generally rose before the U.S. stock market opened, with TSMC rising more than 6%. TSMC's Q4 net profit increased by 57% year-on-year, and its capital expenditure guidance for 2025 exceeded expectations, and it is expected that AI accelerator revenue will double again in 2025. Nvidia rose by about 2%, and Micron Technology rose by about 2%.
