Meta announced an AR smart glasses called Aria Gen 2, a research-oriented experimental product designed to advance machine perception, user-centric contextual artificial intelligence, and robotics. This product is mainly available to academic and commercial research laboratories and is expected to start testing in early 2026. It will not be sold to consumers.
