Hello officially enters the Robotaxi track. On June 23, "Shanghai Zaofu Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd." jointly initiated by Hello, Ant Group, and CATL through their investment entities was registered in Shanghai with a registered capital of RMB 1.288 billion. The company will focus on the research and development of L4 autonomous driving technology, safety applications and commercialization. "Zaofu" is a famous charioteer in Chinese history with superb driving skills. The new company is jointly held by Shanghai Yunyan Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd. (Ant Group), Shanghai Junha Network Technology Co., Ltd. (Hello), and Ningbo Meishan Free Trade Zone Wendi Investment Co., Ltd. (CATL), and the three parties have invested a total of more than 3 billion yuan in the first phase.
