Reporters learned from the forum that as one of the first pilot cities in the country, Shenzhen has issued the country's first "city-wide open, full vehicle model coverage, full-scenario application" road opening technical guidelines. According to Xu Wei, deputy director of the Shenzhen Municipal Transportation Bureau, as of May this year, Shenzhen has opened a total of 2,101 kilometers of test demonstration roads, accounting for about 24% of the city's road mileage, and the proportion ranks among the top first-tier cities in the country; issued the country's first L3 high-speed road test license plate, the country's first self-driving mini truck test license plate, and issued a total of 1,170 test demonstration notices to 20 companies.
