China Eastern Airlines Technology Co., Ltd. and Cainiao Group jointly created an overall solution for smart maintenance. The project uses AI technology to identify aircraft damage and predict potential failures in advance through data mining. In addition, augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) technologies are used to train and guide maintenance personnel to improve maintenance efficiency and accuracy. The project has been completed in two phases. The first phase is the Qingpu Training Center (R&D Center) and the second phase is the Hongqiao Maintenance Base Project.
