BYD, China's largest electric vehicle maker, will release its 1000V high-voltage platform in mid-March this year, according to the latest market rumors.

In response, BYD said on Tuesday, "There is no relevant information to disclose at the moment, subject to the official release."

However, another industry source close to BYD confirmed that the 1,000V high-voltage platform will be launched in the near future.
