National Business Wire (Jan 8) -- Zeekr, the premium electric car brand of Chinese auto conglomerate Geely, is aiming to deliver 230,000 vehicles this year, twice as many as last year.

ZEEKR Intelligent Technology Holding Limited (Zeekr), which is seeking a U.S. IPO, announced Monday that the company has achieved cumulative deliveries of more than 200,000 new vehicles in just 26 months.

Zeekr has set a 2024 target of delivering 230,000 new vehicles, said Lin Jinwen, vice president of Zeekr.

Data shows that Zeekr delivered 118,685 new vehicles in 2023, a 65% increase year-on-year.

The automaker officially kicked off deliveries of its all-new and fifth model, the Zeekr 007, an all-electric sedan, on January 1, 2024.
