Several NIO insiders said that Li Bin's remarks at the time were not exaggerated. Under the influence of multiple factors, NIO in the first quarter of 2025 is experiencing the lowest stage after the life-and-death crisis in 2019. Based on the CBU logic, NIO has also made many adjustments to its organizational structure. In April and May of this year, NIO internally constructed a horizontally organized "model product line", spanning clusters such as product design and R&D, industrialization, and user and service experience, with an end-to-end organizational form from product to market, to optimize horizontal collaboration efficiency and achieve a closed business loop.
