With this acquisition, Synopsys will expand its industry-leading semiconductor manufacturing process control solutions by integrating comprehensive yield management and prediction solutions to help customers improve product quality and efficiency.

The acquisition will also bring a team of experienced engineers to Synopsys that will accelerate technology development through real-time manufacturing predictive analytics in the future.
