Asian Tech Press (Dec 03) -- According to media reports, data from South Korea's Ministry of Science and ICT shows that the country's 5G subscribers reached 19.38 million in October, up 970,000 from 18.41 million in the previous month.

The Ministry of Science and ICT data also showed that South Korea had 72.15 million mobile communication users in October, and 5G users had accounted for about 27%.

South Korea's 5G subscribers are expected to reach 20 million by the end of the year.
