National Business Wire (Dec 1) -- South Korean President Yoon Suk-yeol will meet with the CEO of chip equipment giant ASML during his visit to the Netherlands.

President Yoon Suk-yeol will pay a four-day state visit to the Netherlands starting Dec. 11, according to his office on Friday.

This will be the first state visit to the Netherlands by a South Korean leader since the two countries established diplomatic relations in 1961.

Following the schedule, Yoon will visit the ASML headquarters with Dutch King Willem-Alexander on Dec. 12, local time.

Yoon will tour the main facilities with ASML's current chief executive officer, Peter Wennink, and discuss programs to strengthen cooperation in the semiconductor supply chain and technological innovation.
