Asian Tech Press (Feb 23) -- California-based EV maker Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc (FFIE: NASDAQ GM) announced Wednesday that the first production-intent FF 91 was complete and its Hanford plant was celebrating its fourth manufacturing milestone.
Commonly known as FF, the company will share this significant progress in a livestream at 4 p.m. PST on Feb. 23, 2022.
Faraday Future said it will continue to produce and build additional quasi-production vehicles for final engineering validation and certification in the coming months.
As FF's first production-intent car, the FF91, which focuses on the luxury car market with all-electricity, first debuted in 2017 and opened for booking in July last year.
But not long ago it was said that the reservation data was falsified, claiming to have 140,000 orders, with only a few hundred actually paid for.
