Chinese AI firm SenseTime gets approval for Hong Kong IPO

Asian Tech Press (Nov 19) -- Chinese AI firm SenseTime has received approval from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange to list in the city, with plans to raise more than $1 billion in its initial public offering, IFR reported Friday.

According to the HKEx, SenseTime has filed its IPO application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange as early as Aug. 27, with China International Capital Corporation (CICC), Haitong International and HSBC as joint sponsors.
