Asian Tech Press (Dec 20) -- The Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) has fined Standard Chartered 46.55 million pounds ($615.1 billion) for "failing to be open and cooperative with the PRA and for deficiencies in regulatory reporting on governance and controls relating to specific PRA liquidity expectations," according to Reuters and Bloomberg.
