Asia Tech Wire (Oct 8) -- Dan Rosckes, Apple's global supply chain procurement chief, recently informed employees of his departure, according to Bloomberg, citing people familiar with the matter.
The people said his successor will be David Tom, who has served as Rosckes' senior deputy for the past several years.
Rosckes, whose title was vice president of global sourcing and supply management, has been responsible for acquiring parts and reaching agreements with suppliers. He has been with Apple for 24 years.
