Zeng Yuqun, member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and chairman of CATL, submitted suggestions on improving the market-oriented application of new energy storage at the 2025 National People's Congress. He suggested improving the market participation mechanism of new energy storage from three aspects: electricity price mechanism, cost guidance mechanism and capacity compensation mechanism, and promoting the high-quality development of new energy in my country.
