Trina Solar sued Canadian Solar for infringing on the company's two photovoltaic cell invention patents, demanding the latter to pay a total of 1.058 billion yuan in compensation. On February 11, the reporter called Trina Solar as an investor, and the relevant person responded that the company's lawsuit was a normal rights protection, and Canadian Solar's infringement mainly occurred in the TOPCon battery link.
