Chinese smartphone maker Transsion has entered into a partnership with Alibaba Cloud, the cloud computing arm of Alibaba, for the launch of AI phones.
Alibaba's Tongyi Qianwen (Qwen) model has been carried in the Phantom V Fold2, an AI phone launched by its tech brand TECNO, creating a deeply localized "practical AI," according to Transsion.
Through the specific AI button on the phone, users can call the large model on the end with one click, and can still run multiple rounds of AI dialogues smoothly in an offline environment, and realize document and call summaries.
The two sides said that in the future, they will also carry out in-depth exploration on large model landing terminals, and deploy more models on Alibaba Cloud's network.
