The country's first dedicated railway station for sea-rail transport is put into operation

According to the National Railway Administration, recently, a train No. 81114 loaded with 100 standard containers of goods including photovoltaic panels and daily necessities sounded the whistle and departed from Yiwu Suxi Container Handling Station in Zhejiang Province, heading for Ningbo Zhoushan Port, the world's largest port. This marks the official operation of the first phase of Yiwu (Suxi) International Hub Port, the first railway terminal in China built specifically for sea-rail transport. This is also the country's first mixed-mode autonomous driving test railway terminal.
