At the 2025 JD Global Technology Explorers Conference held on September 25th, JD Group CEO Xu Ran announced that Richard Liu has been appointed Dean of the JD Discovery Institute. JD will continue to invest in AI over the next three years, driving a trillion-yuan AI ecosystem and opening up scenarios and data to support the training of embodied intelligent enterprise models.
