The Hong Kong stock market's new energy vehicle sector fluctuated and rose, with Xpeng Motors-W rising more than 5%, Leapmotor and NIO-SW rising more than 3%, and Brilliance China Automotive Group, BYD Co., Ltd., and Great Wall Motors all rising.
