At the close of Hong Kong stocks, the Hang Seng Index rose 1.86% and the Hang Seng Technology Index rose 3.15%. Robotics and semiconductor concepts led the gains, with Changfei Optical Fiber and Cable rising more than 30%, UBTECH rising more than 25%, Xiaomi Group rising more than 6%, and SMIC rising more than 5%.
