Hong Kong stocks closed: Hang Seng Index rose 1.16%, Hang Seng Technology Index rose 1.8%

At the close of Hong Kong stocks, the Hang Seng Index rose 1.16% and the Hang Seng Technology Index rose 1.8%. Automotive and driverless concept stocks led the gains. Black Sesame Intelligent rose more than 37%, with reports saying that BYD has adopted Black Sesame Intelligent's automotive-grade autonomous driving computing chip; Ideal Auto and Geely Auto both rose more than 7%.
