At the close of Hong Kong stocks, the Hang Seng Index fell 0.86%, and the Hang Seng Technology Index fell 1.09%. Weimob Group rose more than 7%, NIO fell more than 7%, Xiaomi Group fell nearly 4%, and Tencent Holdings fell more than 2%.
