At the close of Hong Kong stocks at noon, the Hang Seng Index fell 2.54%, and the Hang Seng Technology Index fell 4.53%. Chifeng Gold rose more than 9%, Xiaopeng Motors and Meituan fell more than 7%, and JD.com and Xiaomi Group fell more than 5%.
