At the close of Hong Kong stocks at noon, the Hang Seng Index fell 0.89%, and the Hang Seng Technology Index fell 1.68%. NIO fell more than 7%, Xiaomi Group and SMIC fell more than 3%; Evergrande Auto rose more than 30%.
